We started AN Cattle Company after Spencer finished in the Air Force, with no intentions on becoming anything more than cattle ranchers. We raised our own meat as many do and soon friends and family were asking us if we could raise some for them. We started talking about it and if it was really what we wanted to do and then covid hit. The frustrations and insanity everyone faced was the push we needed. Nothing about direct farm to table sales are new but sometimes it can seem unattainable.

In the modern mindset of quantity over quality it can be hard to know exactly where your food is coming from. It raises questions such as, how was my beef raised? Where did it come from? And what transportation/processing channels has it gone through? When you buy from us you have peace of mind that your beef has come from the open ranges of Arizona. We raise our own cattle, and also buy cattle from local ranchers that have been raised in a low stress environment on high quality grass forages. This makes for a much better tasting and more nutritional product that we believe you will be very pleased with.

We know first hand the amount of work, funds, and time that goes into raising your own animal and the trust you need to have with your processor. We understand how every bit of meat needs to make it to your freezer and nothing can be left on the bone.
